- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Appointment scheduled for 10:00 a.m. today. Just realized it at 10:24 a.m. due to calendar/computer business level issue. I called and said I could be there in 5 minutes. They said no, but that they had blocked out 1 1/2 hours for me (???) I offered to use the hour I had left. They again said no even though it was exploratory and they did not know how long I would need to be there to get everything done. So they refused to see me with an hour left to go on the appointment window. My mistake to be late, but with an hour left of chair time and them refusing to see me, I cannot pay anything. Now I guess I need a new dentist! Hate that. Very good practice and nice people. Just wish we could have worked something out.April 16, 2017by A Google User
