- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Really not happy with my experience with my agent here. He is sarcastic and has an I don't care attitude in my opinion. Won't offer guidance or help, just quotes the policy and won't provide a service. Just had an accident and I was having a hard time getting the other insured party's information. It's turns out we have the same provider, but my agent really couldn't be bothered helping or even looking it up. He just wanted the easiest path. I would imagine a middleman broker would go above and beyond... not the case here. I even emailed them to change my address to my current home they were suppling home owners insurance and they just blew that off, claiming they just missed it... they got the email, but forgot to address it.
